Sturdy and with vintage style!

Welcome to the introduction of “The Vintage Beat!” I am Chuck McStay and I will be your host on this free, open and interactive forum as, together, we will explore all things “Vintage!” We will be using text, images and video to present various types of vintage goods, concepts and the application of the aforementioned to our lives.

My hope is that this exercise will bring together an ever-growing cadre of like-minded souls that could inspire many to join us in preserving what may turn out to be the last era of goods that last? although I personally am drawn to goods produced from the 1950′s and back, vintage, according to Merriam is “a period of origin or manufacture.” So, it seems that it is up to us as to how we apply ourselves to this journey and endeavor.
